How to use
Treat your skin one to three times per week while using Contour Face - or on its own:
Can use alone or after an LED treatment.
If using with the Contour Face device, use the LED device first, then apply the Hydrogel mask afterwards. Dr Grant does not recommend using the mask under the light!
Remove mask 10 minutes
Massage remaining Hydrogel into your skin or wipe skin clean & apply your favourite moisturiser
