Dr Jemima Grant is the founder of Thrive Skin Clinic. An award winning General Practitioner, Jemima has over 20 years of experience in medicine, with fellowships in both General Practice & Aesthetic Medicine. She has also completed the Aesthetics Mastery Programme involving mentoring with Dr Tim Pearce, an international aesthetic medicine expert.

Dr Grant has a special interest in multi-modality treatments, combining evidence based home care, aesthetic treatments and Ultraclear laser with attention to metabolic and hormonal function.

This sophisticated approach is suited to patients wanting more than just simple “injections”. Dr Grant will work with you to optimise your general health, reduce sundamaged skin  and achieve natural looking results focusing on regenerative treatments for glowing beautiful skin. She is one of a handful of doctors in Australia to use Ultraclear laser with Laser Coring-  a ground breaking cold fibre ablative laser.

Dr Grant performs her own laser and aesthetic treatments, often combining several modalities in one session. 

Nadine is a university-qualified naturopath and herbalist who specialises in the women’s health throughout the lifecycle.

Nadine offers support for women seeking help with concerns such as menstrual issues (irregular, heavy or painful periods), post-oral contraceptive pill syndrome, Adenomyosis & Endometriosis,  menstrual mood disorders (PMS/ PMDD), Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Sub-fertility as well as the perimenopause transition. Nadine also works with her clients to manage inflammatory skin issues related to hormonal imbalance, gut dysbiosis or stress.

Jac is a Cosmetic Registered Nurse who enjoys all aspects skin and aesthetic medicine. Over the last 8 years, she has followed her passion to become an aesthetic nurse, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables.

Jac is a pragmatic clinician who likes to keep things simple and natural, combing low downtime laser and skin refreshing medical treatments.

She finds her job incredibly rewarding and enjoys helping guide people through their skin and aesthetic journey, helping them to enhance their natural beauty and boost their self-confidence.

Sandra is an enrolled nurse, currently studying at Uni while working at Thrive to pursue Training as a Registered Nurse. Sandra has a background in Spa management and a lifelong passion for all things aesthetic. Her goal is to work as a Cosmetic Medicine practictioner.

Sandra works as our Clinic Lead receptionist, helping to provide exceptional customer service and educate patients on home care and our service offerings.

Alex is a dermal and laser clinician, specialising in skin needling and anti-ageing treatments. Alex has a b background in luxury skincare and advanced treatments, having spent her seminal years of training with Melanie Grant in Double Bay .

Alex adds a touch of clinical luxury to our treatment programmes, and performs our Signature Thrive renew Luxury Facial as a special treat for those in need of TLC.

She is loving the results of the 3D Miracl which is her go to advanced skin treatment at Thrive.
