We have a shared belief that the quality of your skin is the most important aspect of beautiful skin as you age- you won’t age well, or look natural, if you focus on injectable treatments that just freeze and fill.
We prioritises skin health first and foremost- encouraging our patients to develop a consistent medical grade home care routine and to begin the skin journey with dermal therapy or injectable treatments that correct specific concerns and support long term collagen production. Our 3 Tiered Consultation Approach:
We offer 3 types of consultation, depending on your concerns, what type of treatment you want and the degree of information and expertise you require from your clinician. Clinical Photography, formal consent and quotation are performed prior to all treatments. Please note that some treatments require skin preparation before they can be safely commenced and that not all treatments are suitable for all people. As a medical clinic, we make an effort to customise your treatments so you get the best results for your investment. If we feel you require a formal consultation with doctor will let you know. However our staff are highly competent and experienced clinicians who are mentored by Dr Grant on an ongoing basis.
Initial Skin Consultation & Clinical Treatment - Dermal Clinician
This is a 75 minute consultation and bespoke treatment with a university trained Dermal Clinician to review your skin care concerns and prescribe an individualised home care program. We do not employ beauty therapists in our clinic as we demand an expert level of knowledge and competence from our staff.
This consultation is suitable for new patients or patients that have not visited the clinic for some time and would like a new plan. This is also the entry point for patients wishing to embark on our 12 week Skin Programmes to address skin concerns such as redness, rosacea, acne, pigmentation or to manage signs of ageing and sun damaged skin.
The cost of an Initial Dermal Therapy Consultation is $150, which is non refundable and includes:
clinical photography and skin analysis
a consultation with a dermal clinician followed by an Introductory Skin Treatment such as a Peel & LED Healite
a customised written treatment plan for you to take home.
After consultation, we encourage new patients to enrol in a Skin Programme which runs for 12 weeks, and involves visiting the clinic 2 x a month for 3 months as well as full sized home care programme. Your consultation fee is taken off your Skin Programme if you decide to embark on this course.
Initial Cosmetic Medical Consultation - Aesthetic Doctor
This involves a 45 minute consultation with one of our Cosmetic Physicians, Dr Sara Bhatti or our medical director Dr Grant. This is for patients wanting a thorough holistic assessment and the highest level of expertise.
Both Dr Bhatti and Dr Grant are experienced Aesthetic Physicians with a special interest in integrating cosmetic injectable treatments, lasers, regenerative and biostimulatory treatments with the metabolic and hormonal assessment to improve skin health and ageing.
Dr Bhatti has an interest in Cosmetic Dermatology and Inflammatory Skin Conditions such as Acne and Rosacea, and offers a range if procedural treatments such as subscision for acne scarring, removal of cosmetic moles and a functional medicine approach to manage rosacea and acne.
Dr Grant’s passion in medicine is managing Perimenopause- a time when many women start to notice changes in their skin and hormones. This generally starts in the late 30s and 40s, and represents a unique period during which early interventions can prevent long term skin and chronic health challenges.
Expect a holistic consultation including assessment of your lifestyle, complexion, facial anatomy and metabolic & hormonal health. Our doctors will then formulate a plan comprising a range of evidence based management options including diet, exercise, supplements, medical grade home care, laser and injectable treatments to optimise your skin concerns and general health. We will also advise you on our favourite BioStimulator or Regenerative medicine treatments to improve laxity and skin quality, mapping your treatments over the next 6- 12 months.
The cost of an Initial Aesthetic Medicine Consultation and Treatment with a Cosmetic Doctor is $150 (Dr Sara Bhatti) and $250 Dr Jemima Grant (Medical Director), which is non- refundable, and includes:

Note: Aesthetic treatments are charged separately, but your deposit can be redeemed on treatments performed on the day. Medicare rebates are not available for aesthetic or cosmetic concerns.
If Dr Grant addresses a medical issue, this will be billed separately to your Aesthetic Consultation, and a medicare rebate may be applied to this fee. There are no medicare rebates to see Dr Bhatti.
Initial Cosmetic Medical Consultation & Treatment to Soften Lines & Wrinkles
This is a 45 minute basic aesthetic medical consult with Dr Sara Bhatti, Dr Natalie Jonker or a Registered Nurse, specifically for patients only wanting a treatment to soften lines and wrinkles. Both Dr Jonker and our nurses have post graduate qualifications in Cosmetic Medicine.
This consultation is suitable for patients wanting information and a management plan to address signs of ageing skin such as lines & wrinkles, dry skin and preventative age management.
The cost of an Initial Cosmetic Medical Consultation & Treatment to Soften Lines & Wrinkles is $100 (Registered Nurse) and $150 for a Doctor, which is non refundable, redeemable on a treatment performed on the day, and includes:

If you need some time to consider if you want to proceed with a treatment, we will perform a Thrive Glow (Introductory Hydrating Peel & Healite) treatment to nurture your skin, valued at $199.
If your treatment is performed by a nurse, this will include a brief consultation contact with one of our clinic doctors, who will review your medical history and consent with you prior to any medical procedure to ensure the treatment is safe for you. This is repeated every 6 months and may be in person or via telehealth.
